01 faulty wheel bearing with jics?

it seems to me that I can shake the front left wheel side to side, making the cv joint go in and out of the manual tranny. is this a symptom of a faulty wheel bearing? I checked the tsbs to see if there was anything on it, and to no avail, nothing. I have the 04 18's, dropped to about a finger wheel gap on all four corners. I don't think this is an extreme drop, but obviously, more drop than factory. as of now, I am currently going to put my stock suspension on. is my car drivable at this point?

I had this problem last year around thanksgiving, and thinking it was the coilover, I sent it to JIC to get it serviced. nothing. now, I recently put the coilovers back on, and the sound is coming back again. help me org!
