was parked accross the street from my friend's place in fremont for the night and the next morning, i needed to get some stuff out of my car and saw black scuff marks. found about 5 dents on the driver side door..

and i thought, wow! how awesome! my first dings! (had a dingless car since i bought it 18+ months ago parking way out yonder where ever i went).

they even left me black scuff marks to take off to keep me occupied, a bonus!!

and, and.. i get to spend money getting it fixed cause, heck, we all have WAY too much of THAT, right?

man, why can't every weekend be so joyful?!?! 8)

NorCal <= SoCal J/K.

Think of them as souvenirs for the trip and as for $$$, of course we have a limitless amount. That's why we drive Maximas.

Seriously though, good luck with the repairs. Maybe you can get Jordan to hook you up since he's hooked you up every time so far.

I feel your pain. I bought my Y2K 8 months ago. At work I park in the corner spot the furthest away from the office. I do the same whenever I go to the grocery store, mall, etc - park light years away from all of the other cars. I've been rear-ended twice. That's once every four months. One time I was stopped at a light and this dumb kid plowed into me, the other time was stop and go traffic on 95, and the guy who hit me said "I didn't think that you were going to stop all the way". Arrrgh. Both of these numbskulls warped the bar under the bumper and cost $400 and $600 to fix(got a free paint job on the second one). You just can't win. Sorry, just needed to get that off of my chest.

Check this out-->>

I was in Atlanta last weekend and as I was looking for a parking spot near "Marshals" I saw a shopping cart parked dead in the door of a parked car.. I proceed to park far away from the store at that point, in terror!! #:>)
