Ignition Coil Question

CAN I GET AWAY WITH CHANGING JUST THE DEAD 1, OR DO I HAVE TO REPLACE ALL OF THEM WICH ARE 60$ A PIECE.

As mentioned, I just replaced the one bad one 2 weeks ago, so far so good.
