Who sells Tokicos cheap?
It's time to change my shocks again on my 96.
$108 each for the front and $80 each for rear is the cheapest
I've found for Tokicos. Is there anyone else cheaper?

I think that's the one you're looking for since your price is right around $100.
Illuminas are a bit more. Make sure you call them first and see if they have it in stock. I'm waiting on mine right now because I didn't call first. :\
