whistleing noise when accelerator is pressed

i hear a whistleing noise everytime i press the accellerator
it seems to be coming from the left drivers side wheel or from inside the engine.

Anyone have any ideas what it might be...

Hi-Flow intakes make this noise too.

I have the same problem and don't know what it is. I need to get into the engine and listen to it. It seems to be comming from the intake somewhere.
