I really want to get away from passenger-side tire spin, so I've located an Infiniti LSD automatic (-V code).

Will it fit into my '99 GXE without mods, or are there some changes required? Starter, ( guess I know about axles), mounts ??????

I think the 98-99 transmissions share the same bellhousing, but don't know about the '97. The GXE was built on 10-98.....

Car-parts.com shows the '97 transmission as being a fit, but I need *.ORG facts before buying. Has anyone done this?

 

It will fit..you will need a new Drivers side axle ONLY..The splines on the LSD axle are as a set (2) and not one like the open diff tranny
