Anybody else's Bose CN555 player skip on bumps?
Anybody else with a CN555 bose headunit skips (in their 97+ or whatever other year) car when going over certain bumps? My first unit that came with the car ALWAYS skipped over bumps when I went to the right, so I got it warranty exchanged for a CN503, which is an older styled one outta a 95. This one never skipped, but it was fugly so I traded it once again for another CN555. This one also skips, but not nearly as bad as the first one. I spoke to the clarion OE line, and it does turn out that the CD mechanism was changed. Any remedies to this? I'm thinking about sending out the unit to repair up in New York.
