Suspension Question:2002 Maxima SE vs 2002 Maxima GLE

I currently have a 2002 Maxima SE with factory shocks and struts. I am looking for a smoother and more of a luxury ride and I was wondering if the GLE suspension would give me that smoother ride or is it just better going with aftermarket shocks and struts. If anyone has any idea what would work out better for me please let me know. thanks

Depends to what degree you want to go. I'd start conservative and move from there. Changing the stock tires to ones with softer sidewalls made all the difference for me. You might want to start there. Then if that doen't do it for you, try the GLE springs/struts. If that still doesn't do it, go for aftermarket. If you're still not happy, get a Buick.
