How do you change the fog light bulbs?

I can't seem to reach them- any suggestions?

minor detail... its a 2000- all the links seem to be for 02-03. Sorry but does anyone have suggestions for a 00?

Pull back the splash guard under the housing. you will see a bolt that threads into the bottom of the housing, take it out. Then there is a white plastic piece on top of the housing that you need to just push out of its hole and then the housing comes right out. the rest is pretty simple, I would just put your hand in front of the light when you push it out because it can hit the ground and break.

I would think so, I dont have a lip so I cannot tell you for sure.
