Has anyone thought of doing this to their jacking points?

http://www.rcaz.com/rcaz/sub%20index...oint/index.htm

Seems like a good idea because I know my jack points under the front doors are splitting from using my floor jack.

What do u guys think?

Jason, to save yourself some serious work, you could just get a set of these.

Or use the other 2 jack points on the car, like I do. No bending there.

lol, I'm so stupid that when I saw that rail underneath my car with the jack points, I though those were holes that rust had eaten away at! They were all brown cause a thick layer of dirt was on them and I never bothered to try washing them off until last month. When it came clean I realized that the holes were the same on both sides of the car. When I went to a Maxima meet in MN the guys were kind enough to let me know what those "indentations" were for. I would have never figured it out myself...I did think of doing that for a mod to cover them up though.

I seriously need to somehow learn more about the mechanics of my car....
