Guestimate on VQ35 engine/tranny swap

Just trying to get an idea of how much would I be looking at to do this swap. My plans are to get a VQ35 (with decent miles) including the ECU and harness that comes with it plus a 5th gen 5 speed. Anyone done this kind of swap before? Please chime in and give me your guestimates.

Because I prefer it that way. Is the 5th gen 5 or 6 speed? I don't remember which one.
