Can a GXE be made to have Power Seats...
Alright, let me re-state the title. I have a 95 GXE with manual seats and I wanted to swap them with black leather power seats.. Are the gxe's pre-wired for power seats in 1995?? Anybody know this offhand before I start pulling the front seats out... Or, would it be possible to have this done inexpensively?? or should I just buy new leather and redo the manual seats I have?? thanks for any input..

Thanks-- I think I am going to try to start doing the infinity seat swap then.. Just have to go look for those wires under the replaced carpeting...
My '98 GXE came with manual seats, but now I have power leather seats in there. It came with the harnesses on both sides, but the required circuit breakers to make these harnesses live did not come with the car...in short do not expect to plug and play. You will either need to get 12v to each harness (I ran them from an existing line i created for my headunit), and then put a 30a fuse on each, or get the proper circuit breaker in there so you can plug and play.
I still have yet to wire up the heated elements though, but I do have the switches and wires for that.

My 96 GXE had one power seat, but when I did my leather swap, the passenger side wiring harness was already there and powered...plug and play.
That's not to say that the heated seats are though
