Virbration in whole car

Wen I drive from about 58mph and above, the car shakes, likes its out of alignment. The car was hit in the front before I bought it. Is it possilbe that it is just out of alignment, becuase my stearing is farily tight, or is it from the accident and is unfixiable unless I wanna spend big buxs?

I'd say it's alignment but take it to a shop to be sure.

if it only does it at a certain speed then your wheels need to be balanced

Has the car recently started vibrating or has it been doing it since you've purchased it?

Vibrations could be:

Wheels need balancing
certain suspension parts worn out.
alignment out of spec.

examine your suspension and try to narrow it down, check for too much play in axle, check ball joint, look at bushings etc. . .

definately from the accident, my max was bought after an accident, it also shook, turns out the engine mount's frame was completely destroyed... had to have it welded, might not be the same issue with u, so unless u got a car lift, take it to a shop.

Cheapest way is to get your wheels balanced before anything.

Like I said before, balance the wheels first. It might save you the money and trouble of getting an alignment.

True, also if there is ONE bent rim, it could cause the whole car to shake after certain speed. Have someone balance all the tires first, it cost like what 25 bucks for all four?
