window install instructions for RPS

hey all, my rear passenger side window got smashed at like 3 AM a day ago. sometime around there..
it was turned upside down but they left everything and only took like 3 bux in change. not a very smart one coz my faceplate for my deck and the deck where right there, sub and amp in the trunk. they could have taken everything. dumb crackhead
im going to buy a new window and install it myself because my deductable is more than it would cost to fix myself. does anyone have anything on this? my Haynes has nothing. THANKS

You're talking about the little window back there, right? I can't remember how I did it on the Altima, but I remember removing the weather strippig off the inside, especially the top. It will expose a screw from the top, which you'll unscrew and the bar that separates the mounted window and the roll down window can be moved. then you grab the glass out. I wish I could help you more, it's been a while, and the FSM doesn't have any instructions or diagrams. Good luck dood.
