Christmas Wish List to Leave for Girlfriend to Find
Christmas Wish List to Leave for Girlfriend to Find
My girlfriend wants to know what I want for Christmas. I told her "car parts" and she looked at me confused. Apparently, she has not been listening to my musings about perspective projects for the Maxima. So, I'm making this easy: I want a stainless Budget Y-Pipe for my 1997 Maxima. If I've been a bad boy this year then I'll settle for a three-pack of pine tree aitr fresheners. I'll print this out and leave it for her to find (in my wallet) one night while I'm sleeping.
If anyone wants to chime in and make it easy for your significant other to buy for you this year then feel free to use this thread as your vehicle.
Good luck and Happy Holidays!

but i mean if you wanted to let her know just tell her. Or just talk about it all the time and show her pictures of it constantly and junk. She will get the point.
What i did for my fiance was make a list. The key is to give as much detail as possible....website, phone number, part number, price, total price after shipping.....stuff like that. Make it easy for them. That way they know we have thought it through and want to make it as easy for them as possible, since they might not know what a budget stainless steel y pipe is or whatever part you want. I even went as far as listing the benefits of certain parts.
Good luck guys, i hope we get what we want.

well said, and to the point. wish i have the *****, i'm too skeered to talk about wanting a car mod now. my gf's been yapping crap about me modding the car all year long. now if i tell her i want car parts, she'll kill me for sure.
Just give me your lists and I will give them to your respective women when they come over this weekend. he he he
Just kidding. I did find the direct approach worked best, including not only what parts you want but where they need to check prices and who is trustworthy.

My girlf friend asked what I wanted, and I asked what she wanted.
She wants a Puppy, I want some 17" Thick spoke glossy black, with chrome or machined lip 17x7 or 17x.5 5x114.3, 42mm offsett rims.
If the rims wont go, then I'll tell her to get me a 5th gen clutch, and y-pipe.
We both agreed and it should be a merry christmas

I'm pretty sure my girlfriend aint getting me Sh*t but just in case she does I'll just say I want a fiberglass skyline rear bumper. Also this should probably go in the general forum since this isnt specific to 4th gens. That will give the rest of the orgers a chance to use this if they please.
I want whatever I need to lower my car, and new bulbs for my headlights/fogs/rear turn signals. But of couse that would all be too expensive for a gift so I'm just asking for some money I can put towards my plans.
What would really be nice would be if somebody wanted to retro HID projectors into my headlights and some white LED's into my dash
