WTF Could Be Wrong Now: Kinda Long , Sorry

Okay guys I was having problems with the Max, seems as though she wasn't getting enough gas and the car would sputter and had a loss of power. Turned out to be a bad fuel injector, okay great no problem. So I had them all replaced just in case there was a chain effect. Also had all the coilpacks checked (no issues) and went back to platinum sparks vice coppers (NGK of course). Now I have another problem, when the car is cold or hot (doesn't matter), she has a hard time turning over. You can hear it trying to crank up but the engine makes a hesitation sound or as I say a hard scrape sound and the engine shakes (possibly motor mounts, I know). I not only have to depress the clutch in but also give it a little gas to get her going and that doesn't even work sometimes I have to let her sit for a minute cause you can smell gas in the exhaust from trying to crank it up. Doesn't sound like it's a starter problem cause the car does stay crank when running and does actually attempt to turn over when starting. Cleaned out the throttle body really good and ran a bottle of Chevron through her to make sure nothing else was clogged. What else could it be fellas? I am at a loss. The only code I'm throwing is for the air intake temp sensor cause it's unplugged. Otherwise she is code free. Please help.

Engine Coolant Temp Sensor is my first guess. I'm not sure if/why it's not posted a CEL code though.

Why not plug the IATS back in?

If your're smelling gas, you've likely flooded the engine - so thats why it gets harder to start at that point. Put the pedal to the floor (throttle wide open) then start the car - it helps clear the flooded engine. You may also want to check your oil (fuel may have seeped in due to the flooding).

I haven't plugged the IATS back in yet because I am still running an aftermarket intake that doesn't have a place to plug it back into. I haven't switched back to the stock intake yet. I could ground it, but would rather put everything back in place as it should be.

So I should have both the clutch and the gas pedal depressed all the way down and then try starting the car? I hate to be noonish about this but this isht is really starting to bug the hell out of me and I'm about to go to Taiwan for 2 weeks and the car will be at a parking garage. I would really like to fix it before I leave but if I can't, I'll deal with it when I return.
