Im loosing oil compression good...WTF...

Im loosing oil compression good...WTF...

Ok in 2000 miles i lost about a quart of oil....i checked the compression today and its 190 on all cylinders... WTF!! i noticed that in the morning on start up there is a small cloud of blue smoke... now all the spark plug threads are clean except for one... it has some oil in the treads... can someone please tell me whats going on?

It could be seeping past the valve guides or rings when the engine is cold - once warm, the rings soften and seal better...

Check the oil pressure sensor, their known to leak.

the rear main is leaking but there is no way that it could be leaking that much!!!!

cuz i have a new driveway and i would have noticed a huge puddle of oil...

or you may have a puddle in the bell housing

Have you checked around the pressor sensor for wetness?

My rear main seal leaked about .5-1qt per every 500 miles.

thanks guys for the good replys... i do see blue smoke upon start up if it sits 12 hours... its never done that... this is supposed to be one of the best engines...

blue smoke = oil
white smoke = coolant
