Dealer says keyfobs ok, but...

The car will not respond. It is going into the flasher mode while inserting and removing the key six or so times and then when the key is turned to ACC, nothing else happens when you hit the lock button.
The dealer had a box that you lay the keyfob on and he pushed some buttons and a green light comes on to indication the keyfob was putting out a signal. This was on two keyfobs.
Anybody have any suggestions where to start at?
Comments are appreciated.

I'd start with the alarm brain itself, unplugging it then plugging it back in, that's 'fixed' some of my alarm problems for a little while.

Even better? Go with PearlMax96's GD and get a remote starter/keyless for $69 shipped.

In your trunk, there is a box on the passanger side of the trunk, i had some problems with a wire not being connected there. I'd check those out and theres a fuse also to look into

This is how I fixed mine, I think that it just got hung up. When tried at first it didnt work, but after I unplugged the wire and attempted it again it worked like a charm.
