300z fuel filter replacement interval?

30,000 miles ago I replaced my fuel filter with the 300z fuel filter. I remember the Z filters are supposed to last longer but what is the replacement interval?

Is there a way to flush the power-steering fluid besides the sucking out the fluid from the reservoir? I read in a different forum where people disconnected the power-steering return hose and constantly refilling the reservoir while the car is running. Is this possible on the maxima? I guess its sort of like flushing the transmission at home.

its 24,000. Check the 300zx service manual. link provided. But 30,000 wouldn't hurt.
