Best bulbs for gauge cluster.

Best bulbs for gauge cluster.

I had the inverted bulbs, they didn't have any hot spots but were DIM AS SH8! So I just swapped over to Polargs now I have discoloring/hot spots but they are bright. DAMN what's the best bulb thats bright?????

the best method would be using no 194 or 74 bulbs at all, and going superflux LEDs, these eliminate all hotspots, cus you add as you need them on a PCB.

id suggest getting a 12V power source from somewhere and testing them inside so you dont have to keep plugging them in in the car, cuts the job time in half

credit goes to meanbean for the superflux led idea. you can get them on ebay..

I used two, then four and finally 6 LEd's per 194 bulb but I do have some hot spots check my domain for the pics.

The polargs run pretty hot, should I worry about them running hot?

What plug and play 194 bulbs are the best?
