which would you rather buy? intake wise..

Hey so i bought a AEM short ram intake system cuz i thought it was the best bang for the buck, i just want your opinions on what you guys would have gotten, im satisfied with my decision but just want to know what you thinkn about certain intakes.
the choices come to mind
weapon r
ac autotechnic
injen
aem
weapon r had the fastest VQMPH ( virtual quarter mile per hour ) time
ac autotechnic had the most horsepower at a higher RPM
injen had overall highest HP at most of the RPMs
AEM had a good run, just running short of fastest VQMPH under aem, weapon r, and injen.
now i did some searching on the price, i got the AEM intake for 100dollars shipped, injen one was about 150 shipped, weapon r was about 110 shipped, and ac autotechnic was about 90 bucks shipped.
now i thought that AEM was best bang for the buck, plus i get the free license plate frame
any coments?

I like the Injen Cold Air Intakes the best. I have one on my 96 Maxima. Before I put it on with my horrible exhaust I topped at 120 if that. Then when I put it on it first sounded a lot better and on top of that I could hit over 140mph. Just a little insight.
sorry, i meant to say that this was for my 2nd car, an accord. and as for the price of aem intakes and injen ( i think they have injen ) go to autoanything.com. they got 10% off a lot of things if you purchase before 2/26 and use the coupon code "gousa". they already guarantee the lowest prices, and if not they will beat it by a dollar, add on the extra 10% off and you got yourself a really good deal. lets say you wanted an escort radar detector, they sell it for 6% under MSRP, add another 10% and you're lookin around 255 260ish for a pretty damn good radar detector, and shipping is only like 5 bucks.

Sounds like you just wanted to do a commercial for autoanything.com

From what I have read, an SRI on this car doesn't do too much. (Feel free to prove me wrong) But, if you're in it just for the sound, I'd probably go with Frankencar, just because they offer Apexi filters on theirs. It's a little more costly, but if you search on google for air filter tests or something, they've done a test versus the K&N and such, and the Apexi did better at filtering. I havent read much about the Berk, so I'm not positive if they sell one with the Apexi filter as well.
I don't do 140 in the city. I do it on the empty turn pike with no cops. I'm an excellent driver by the way. I have my sr20 450hp 240 now to run in LoL. Plus I've only had one vq30 that actually lasted on turnpike runs at 130mph for 6 hours. The other two I've had blew right away.

basically the bottom line is that your stock airbox and intake is the best overall power.
short ram is more high end, but you give up your low end torque.
CAI (true cai) is better low end, but you give up your mid and high.
just stay stock, with a clean airfilter.
