JDM style headlights and 01 SE wheels painted benz silver

Finally finished my headlights, I did them like the JDM headlights completely black inside the signal light it's gloss black the rest is flat black.
I also just got my tires mounted Hankook HRII compared to my old 16in (big box store) brand they stick like glue. The wheels are painted the same color as the new Mercedes wheels. Here's some pics questions ,comments welcome[/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]heres a pic of the beginning of the cars second lease on life[IMG][/IMG]

1) There is nothing JDM about this. Stop throwing the acronym around for no reason.

2) The rims look exactly like they do stock.

Really? Are you saying that's what ur car used 2 look like? Cuz judging from the hood and rims, I'd say thats obviously a 2002 or 2003 edition maxima... NOT a 2000 like yours...

Looks good, though:

1. It's not JDM unless you ordered it from Japan. I'm not sure how blacked-out has anything to do with JDM On ebay, everything they sell for Japanese cars says "JDM yO!"

2. Wheels look nice and clean...flawless. Not sure how Benz silver differs from the stock colors though....

Overall, looks like the rebuild is going well though. nice job.

the 2k2 and 2k3 hood is the same as the 2k and the 2k1s. The rims are from a 5th gen not a 5.5 gen.

Actually, it's mis-spelling an acronym; there was no grammatical mistake.

So, spelling > you.

Life > Marco.

I the future, please remove **** from a$$ THEN post

As for the car, both the lights and the wheels look really nice. I'm difinitely not big of the stock chrome surrounds.

BTW, how do you signals work with the black paint? Can you see them well in the daytime?

look at the title of the thread 'JDM Style' (as opposed to "actual" JDM)

I was making fun of the "style" part....Well aware of what the "M" means, though I should have written "Afganistan Domestic Market Style"

don't you have some bushings to install or something, Marco?

sucks for ya'll i'm installing my LTBII, RSB, and my wheel spacers....this weekend!

twotone: the car looks great! I would never be able to tell that it was in an accident previously...there are no gaps between the bumper and headlights and everything lines up very nicely....i must say, however, i can't really tell the difference between the color of your wheels and the stock 5th gen SE wheels....

Good job restoring it. Those rims came on the 02-03 gxe's too. But that is clearly his car.

First of all thanks for all the positive comments on the before and after, the signal lights seem to work fine but i think I want to get some led's in there after I see what i'm gonna do about headlights Silverstars for know or HID's don't know about hid's cause i'm not a big fan of blinding oncoming drivers or blinding them through there rear view (like all the hondas around here)
Sounds good Anuj, hey Ressurected any pics after?

I have Silverstars in my 00 as well. I love them. They are a great replacement for those of us that cant afford an HID mod! Only problem is that my fog lights look like crap now campared to the bright white headlights...guess thats the next project.
