2k1 Fog bulb replacement

Hello ppl, I am trying to replace the fogs in my 2k1 and need some assistance. I looked for the writeups in the howto's but they are dead links. I can get to the back of the fog housing easy enough, but there are two clips in the top of the fog housing that I have no idea how to remove. They look like three pronged white plastic clip with a metal rod in the center. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

after you removed the 10mm bolt on the bottom of the fog light housing, you have to push the metal rods from behind towards the front of the car. i think i used a philips screwdriver with a cloth wrapped around it. that will push the assembly out the front. make sure wiring clips/harness are undone before you do that.

Thanks, How do you get the wiring harness off? I don't see any release buttons on it.

It can be a PIA to get off, but there is a button on the harness to push in that will let it go.
