well after getting the Top Speed UDP installed, and custom Mandrel bent cat-back to my (old Altima Greddy SP) muffler.. the car feels ALIVE..

I have yet to add the B & M transcooler but the car really picks up now.

I couldnt be any happier.

Wait a minute. I bought an RSTB off ebay. It's brand was Pro-1 TopSpeed.

Now, since your username is Pro-1. Did you make this stuff?

 

I've never heard of this Top Speed brand. Can anyone share thoughts? Is their Y pipe any good? Any dyno sheets?

I'm just really curious how reputable they are especially in performance. Because if I can see proof of gains in their ypipes, then I will buy one from Pro-1.

RSTB doesn't do jack squat... maybe the $tealin' one does? All I know is mine looks maaad bling

Did you guys get Rear Strut Tower Bar (RSTB) mixed up with Rear Sway Bar (RSB)?

Those are different.

Topspeed has a web site but its hard to search for. They have a handfull of knock off parts. Their RSB and Y pipe are both Stillen's designs, one of their STS is a B&M design. I installed the Topspeed B&M style STS in a G20 and I installed a genuine B&M STS in an Altima. Needless to say you get what you pay for. The Topspeed shifter rattles like crazy.

 

Can you do us a favor and find it? I found something like it on google, but the site is down.

sounds just like my lawn mower, but less treble I have the resonator you don't - resonators take off treble.

Siren do you have a cat back or just the Y pipe now ?

I belive its the Flex pipe... after I got my shop to the car they said the Flex pipe on the Y was busted.. But this was due to bad motor mounts.. the engine will rock back and cause the flex to wear.

As for the shifter.. YES I had an issue with the shifter in 1997 when I was doing a Group Deal for the Site. The problem is you might need to add washer or bushings .

Ive just used there parts on my Atima when I was on boost and I figure I go with them on my Maxima.

 

Is that true? Isn't Stillen's y-pipe comparable to Cattman's in terms of power gain? If that is the case, than I may consider getting this y-pipe.

their prices arent that much lower actually. but you can find some of the stuff on ebay. basically they have the knock offs from everyone.

 

I just gotta add -- that after taken that OEM restictive exhuast..the car is alive.. Usually I get home after midnight from work, and come home and sleep.

Well Ive been out almost every night.

I acutally got the car up to close to 130 last night on the Turnpike racing a EVO going home from South Beach.. Ive never felt the car felt soo strong after just some add bolt -ons.. I love my Max Now. I think I will hold up on trading the car in for M45 for another year.

Its all custom work from the y-pipe back. it converts right after the "race pipe" cat converter to 3" SS all the way to the muffler. No resonator's or b-pipes, Im gonna redo my clip this weekend.
