wtf is up with my lights??

i noticed this today after leaving work today
i always turn my lights on when i drive
and i notice my clocked dimmed where i cant even see it
i checked my gauges and my lights airnt even on behind them

i have only but red bulbs in my gauges

would that have anything to do with it?

all the other lights work like the gear selector light, ac controls, and the lights behind the steering wheel

Are we talking about the clock? (in the middle of the Console?)

I have changed the clock once, but I know you can fix this yourself with a soldering iron?

Is this during the daytime?? If so then you won't see your lights. All cars are like that. You need to have darkness over the panels to see the lights while driving in daytime/sunny day hours. Sunlight won't allow you to see the guage lights somehow. Those 194 bulbs aren't really made to work well against sunlight. Any car other than the newer cars are like that. My moms altima has a big shade over it so you can see the dash lights at all times. If you are talking about this happening at night well your screwed.
