Phase II or III fenders - bring cooler air into the intake?

This may sound like a dumb question but if I got either phase II or III fenders would their air scoops, since they are located very close to the intake (i have a k&n hybrid), bring in cooler air to the engine and increase power? Wouldn't be that significant tho would it?

Dosent answer his question though :P. Im not familiar with the product in question but if your pushing colder air to your HAI, you should see an improvment, how large depends on how much cool air is getting to the intake.

ricey? i personally think they gotta nice subtle look...especially the phase II's. the phase III's are a lil weirder lookin. but i just thought of somethin...if i got these things id obviously have to get em painted (anyone know how much that would cost?) and the new paint on the fenders might stand out against the old factory paint on the rest of the car...

thats actually a pretty interesting question, I'm guessing it might bring in a little bit more air into ur intake, so sure if its going to be significant enough for u to see an increase though...

painting it might run you more then the fenders themselves and it will stand out. Fresh paint and burned out 8-9 year old paint would show.
