Replacing rear window..need help

To start with I threw my wheel barrel in my backseat and right threw the window on the driver side..bummer. I got a window from the junkyard(have a 93' maxima gxe) and am trying to install but how does the blasted thing fit in. I have removed the door panel and vapor barrier...can someone help? I tried doing a search but apparently I dont have enough privileges to do so and I am not about to search through 800 pages of forums.

Peace,
Kevin

I figured it out with some trial and error...I had to take off the braket inbetween the little triangle window in the rear door and the power window in the rear door. Works like a champ!

Update..urghh..so I guess I should of tried the window the whole way up before I put the door panel back on. Well the window wont go up the last 3/4". I dont know if there some kind of adjustment or if there is a slight difference in windows from the SE and GXE version. Any thoughts? The window I got was from an SE.

windows are the same.
3/4" is a LOT of gap.
the adjustment is only for like 1/8"
you sure you reinstalled all the stripping around the window?
pics would help

All figured out..it was the stripping. There was glass in some of it and I noticed the window was guiding in the stripping near the center post. All I had to do was put the window in this piece of stripping by the center post and then bolt the window onto the slider..took me a whole 15 min. to figure out with proper lighting. Thanks for the advice internetautomar! You rock!

Peace,
Deadphish
