Just got the stillen kit what to do before installation?

Well I just got my stillen bodykit shipped in the mail....And I have an appointment to fix the door sill rust in a week. The person doing this is a family friend, and while he was fixing the rust I was going to have him replace the center tail light with sheetmetal, bondo some dents and dings, and shave the door trim. Is there anything else I can do while this is being done? Essentally I'm prepping the car for paint...because I'll have the kit, straighten the panels, put the new tail-light piece in, and bondo it up. Should I put the kit on before the bodyshop? Or paint it and then put it on...just looking for advice on what to do next...

I would wait till after, this will allow them to get even coats and better finish. Much easier to work with them on a stand, then sitting close to the ground.
