Wont start and have run out of ideas
1 So i went to work it was fine, then i came back out and it wont start, the battery was a bit low so i jumped it, still no go.
2 Then i checked my fuses, the security one was blown, so i replaced and thought that was kinda wierd. so then i locked it and let the security system arm and disarm and no start.
3 I checked the relays by the fuse panel they all click on when they are suppose to and i can feel them turn on
4 I checked under the hood and the start relay clicks when i turn the key
5 noticed that when i put it to the on position there is a wierd sort of moaning errrrrrrrrr sound coming from the engine, its was of a low volume
6 gave up and decied to see what a search would do and came up short so i made this
Thanks
Everytime i turn it, everything lights up, radio and clock on, all guage things light up(oil, airbag etc lights), and then when i go to turn it i hear that click, which is the relay turning on and nothing. checked the starter wire with a voltometer and its getting power at when i go to start it. I have a car alarm with remote start, it does the exact same when i go to start it with the remote start.

Hmm... the starter gets power but the engine won't turn over, right? You might try removing the starter and apply power to it and see if it goes when it's not under load. If the starter turns, make sure the drive dog on the starter isn't worn to the point that it's not catching.
In short, i think your starter's bad.

open the hood. look on the front of the tranny. starter is the big electric motor hanging off the block.
to test it, you'll need to find a way to connect the starter to ground while you've got it out of the engine. best thing is to just unbolt it from the engine, then hold it against the tranny case with the business end in the open. have a helper turn the key for you while you watch and see if the starter works.
sounds to me like you may have any of several issues.
1. starter solenoid
2. still low battery voltage.
3. bad battery cables.
how much voltage are you getting at the battery and at the starter WHILE YOU ARE CRANKING?
12V at the battery at idle doesn't mean anything if you've got nothing at the starter when you're trying to crank.

ok so i had a friend try and jump me and i had 13.04 volts runnning through the battery, when i went to start it went to 12.94 volts. at the starter + I had 12.93 volts when i went to start it and 13.04 volts when not trying to start it. And still got nothing. My Eccs Gets the same voltage when in the on position. The starter dosent budge at all. I didnt take it out cause I was trying to avoid it. Is there a way to make sure the stock alarm isnt stopping it, like a wire on the starter i can unplug? Its rainging so i couldnt get under it yet but once i do is there a wire that makes it start i can test? It may sound dumb i know but i am running out of ideas. How can I test the starter solieoid?
OK so i thought of one last minute thing i had forgotten about I had to do it to a friends car onetime. I put the car in drive and rolled the car back and forth a few times and then put it in park and it started but it took a like a 3 second crank to start. Thanks for all your help and imput. I greatly greatly appreciate it!!
Thanks again

Just unplug the wiring harness from the box, then try to start it..If you still have a no start issue,i would susspect the starter is bad...
