New Rims in front center cap keep popping out

Whats up guys..... I have a question and open to suggestions. I recently purchased a set of rims which have arrived yesterday..... upon putting them on i noticed that the front set center cap keeps poppin off due to the large bolt that runs through the rotor which i believe is connected to the CV joint (huge bolt with a cotter pin through it) the depth of the center piece on my new rims are not as deep as the factory ones.... Could I possible grind this down? or do i need to look into getting wheel spacers..... now keep in mind the rear rims fit perfectly fine ..... but the front set seems to have problems due to the large bolt...... any input is greatly appreciated

I would be hesitant to grind down that particular bolt since it's what holds the hub together. If you would like a set of slightly used hubcentric spacers for the front, PM me.

well the wheel specs are as followed 245/35/20 offset 38mm whats happining is that when i apply the front wheels the huge bolt from the CV joint keep popping out the center piece...... i went to a local shop that only deals with CV joints and the guy stated that I could grind the bolt down if i wanted to ..... but i wonder if there is something else that I might be able to do... I would want to make grinding my last resort ;T

How far is the bolt protruding through the hub center? either go the wheel spacer route or maybe grind off some plastic of the center piece for the wheel also what kind of rims(manufacturer)

well guys ..... i ended up having to grind the bolt down on the cv joint .... then got another bolt so that it would reinforce the wheel just to be safe...... didnt think ordering rims would of caused this much pain..... but they look awesome so i guess it was well worth it..... i will say one thing....... when it comes to things like that.... ill stick to a shop and spend the extra cash ... instead of going online and trying to cut corners..... thanks for everyone that gave ideas....... ill post pictures tomorrow
