i went to roll my windows up this morning and all but the pasenger window worked. when i try to roll it up, i hear the click (probably the relay) but nothing happens. i guess the motor is bad unless someone can think of another issue. but if it is bad, is there any way i can at least get the window up in case it rains or something? Thanks

 

Do you hear the motor in the pass door making any sound? where is the "click" sound coming from? You will need to remove the door panel to access the motor and regulator. You can unplug the motor inside the door and attempt to use jumper wires to a battery and run it up that way. If the motor won't turn with the jumpers your motor is toast. If it does run but the glass doesn't move your regulator is broken. If the regulator is broken or the motor wont run you can unbolt the glass at the bottom and lift it by hand. You will need to tape it up at the top and be CAREFUL not to let go of the glass. As it will fall and shatter. Good luck.

 

no the motor makes no sound at all...the click id coming from the pass side door panel. i will try using the cables to jump it. thanks

 

OK today..the window decided to start working after driving for about 30 mins. all was fine than i tried to roll it up again today and now it is no longer working once again. yes. the relay in the door is clicking but no motor sound at all. i checked all connections what could be the problem? window stuck down..not good.
