Mixing and matching rotors

I am looking at buying front slotted rotors, either these http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/SPP32330T.htm or these http://www.customenterprise.com/view.../vts/design017 and for the rear I am just looking at the Brembo blanks.

As for the pads, just Hawk Street Pads

So my main question(s) is would mixing and matching the front/rear rotors be alright and slightly beneficial for having the fronts slotted, or should I just get Brembo blanks all around?

Thanks in advance
Dan

Unless you're pushing the rotor temps that hard, blanks are fine and will actually stop slightly better then slotted. Just bed them in well.

The ONLY benefit to slotted rotors in real-life situations is that the slots catch dirt and grime and prevent it from getting stuck between the rotors and the pads and scoring the rotors. Blanks do stop slightly better because of their slightly higher surface area.

Thanks for the extremely helpful info guys!

Now, do any of you have any experience with the Brembo blanks that can be bought in the g/b sections? Good/bad?

Thanks again

Brembo is one of the best-known names in rotors and are widely used by .org'ers.....you can't go wrong with them.
