I apologize if this has been discussed somewhere else; I could not find an answer to this question.
I have seen several people discuss alternatives to the stock calipers such as Q45, 300ZX, etc.
My questions is which alternatives from other cars will fit our stock setup without any further modification (in other words, straight bolt-on equipment)?
Help is appreciated.

Even if the caliper did fit, the rotors on these cars are a tad on the pansy side, so in order to fit a larger rotor, the caliper needs to sit furhter out regardless, hence requiring caliper mounting modification/reconfiguration.
The stock front calipers & rotors from a 2004 Max will fit with only having to drill out the two mounting holes in the torque member. They are 12mm on the 95-99 and must be enlarged to 14mm. Stock brake lines will bolt right up, and no other modification is necessary.
Oh yeah, you will need at leat 17" wheels with spoke clearance to run these. Trial and error on the spokes is the only way to determine which wheels will fit.

I believe that the J30 calipers w/ 2 piston's will fit without modification. I was speaking with ViperVadim about this just the other day. From what i understood you can use those calipers, OE brembo blank rotors for a maxima, and get the SS brakes lines and also get a 300z master brake cylinder and everything bolts right up and would work with the stock 16 SE wheels. The only thing he said was that you would need to bend the lines for the bigger master cylinder. Otherwise everything should still work fine with the stock.
He also mentioned something about the rotors being a little to small and you would need bigger one's and then cut them down a little to get the proper specs...I'm not to sure what he ment about this.

sentra spec v 4 piston brembos bolt on 100% i have a pair but iam selling them because i need a bigger rim than what i have to make it work.
you would also have to use the new altima rotor 11.7x24mm for these, stock dia at 11 is to small , i found a place that sells the rotors for $40 a piece.

these also line up perfect with stock 4th gen rotor but rotor is to small

OK.
In order to avoid confusion, then, you are saying that the Sentra Spec V caliper will bolt on with no modification, but a larger rotor is required. The Altima or A33b will work in this case.
Is that correct?
Are you also saying that the stock rim is too small?
