Are the OEM pads ceramic? Who makes them?

I have been looking for similar information as well...my pads may be due for a change but I have not dug into it yet...no problems now, but I want to check them out and replace them even if not due yet if they are cheap pads, which some on this site say they are not good.

Do you know the min thickness for rotors before a change is necessary???

Thanks.
