rotor turning purple
Did a brake job on the rear this weekened.
New nissan pads/Advanced auto Parts rotors. I am going to assume that this means my caliper is ceased.
I had to replace the Rear right caliper but i thought the left was ok since it screwed it without much problems.
Can I reuse the rotor and pads if i replace the caliper?

if the brakes were seized and your rotor turned blue it has caused pitting. I recoommend you replace the rotors as well as pitting travels throughout the whole material of the rotor and not even machining won't fix it. The blades will just skip over. However driving on that is safe but you might start to get judder in time nd perhaps grooving.
