STARTER guru's please help!

I took out my starter to re-grease it. It was also having problems working - it didn't work. All I was getting was a single CLICK when I turned the ignition. I took apart what I think is the actuator. Now i'm not sure if i assembled it correctly, because when I put the starter back in the car it won't even give me a CLICK.

I took a bunch of pictures of various parts of the installation. Could anyone tell me if i installed this backwards, inside out or wrong in any way?

Take a look.

Now, you see that dot on the last picture of the terminals? The blue dot. I'm sure that's there for a reason. Is it made to tell me which terminal goes on the top or the bottom when i assemble it? That was my guess.

PS: The pictures aren't in order. The way you see each picture is the way I put it together.
PPS: To enlarge the pictures, click on them.
