how much HP is lost from the greddy sp2??

as compared to other catback exhausts like warpspeed and budget where the piping is consistaintly 2 and 1/2 inches all the way back, how does the greddy being 2 1/4 inches compare in hp gains being that its stock diameter?? i know the greddy is not as restrictive as the OEM but still...
i dont plan on goin FI route but i was curious?

probably about 2 - it's bigger than 2.25" though it's 60mm which is 2.36" (though I don't know if that is inside or outside diameter). you won't notice any difference whatsoever

yea i was thinkin smaller can be better 96se b/c i know a maxima isnt an atv but i used to race mx and been through tons of diff exhaust combo's and the smaller headpipe diameters would give u more noticeable bottom end.. i wouldnt doubt it that its the same

i might just go pacesetter cause I Dont care if its 2.25 according to the lil graph its optimal for 200 hp cars....and its cheap and i need a new exhaust kinda bad

i didnt loose any power. i had a custom pressure bend piping 2.5" and i can tell a difference between perssure bend performance and mandrel bend. it helped a little. by the way it doesnt effect any peformance it will stay the same but it does help a little on top speed.

don't worry about the difference...it won't be much, if any...and your top end will be better...

Greddy Street Performance FTW!
