OK, for those of you who have done the DEK swap, I'm calling for your expertise. I've found an engine (23k, $500+150 shipped). Want to make sure that I have everything that I need.

Parts Needed
1. IACV Plate (4th gen IACV +00 TB) [Stephen Max]
2. RPM Switch (00VI working) [Summit Racing]
3. 5th gen clutch [DaveB]
4. Fidanza Flywheel [Group Deals]
5. SS Clutch Line [Group Deals]

Parts Swapped from DE to DEK
1. Coolant Log
2. EVAP System
3. All sensors

Modifications
1. Remove EGR
2. Rewire Injector clips
3. Mount EVAP Gallies
4. Plug 5th gen TB IACV Hole

Is there anything else that I'm missing??? Any pointers to help me out during the swap!!!

 

swap the whole motor =]

 

You will also need the vi connector plug. But Ill tell you a little secret. The de injectors plugs will fit if you can find one.
