progressive? i dont understand.

you wont scrape your y pipe man...does it even hang lower than your cross member? i think you'd hit that before your y pipe hit.

The b-pipe is what you will scrape on transitions (parking decks, driveways).

The only reason Black Maxima keeps his ride that way (believe me he probably wants to cry at times) is because it looks amazing, girls probably love his car............ Not him J/K. He's probably close to being able to speak CV joint lingo.

middle-schoolers, or freshmen on certain college campuses where anything on four wheels will suffice because they can't have cars of their own...

That's the super rare Stillen equal length Y-pipe you keep bragging about, right?

Just checking.

FYI, progressive-rate springs do nothing to keep you from scraping. They have a soft section and a hard section to improve handling when you're driving hard, while keeping a smoother ride when you're not.

If you're concerned about scraping anything, think about how much of a drop you have and how stiff your springs are overall -- the lower you are, the stiffer they have to be. From what I've heard, Ksport springs aren't even stiff enough to keep the car off the bumpstops with the massive drop they give, so I wouldn't trust them for a second.

i have sprint springs which is a "2 drop all around with the stillen kit. hardly ever scrape at all, you just have to know what ramps and steep areas you can ride over with out scraping. 7 years now no problems.

Yeah, I'm pretty damn low too and I hardly ever scrape. Just know your boundaries.

an exhaust should be secured by hangers, and such. Scrapping would not occur unless your exhaust is hanging low.

With your exhaust secure in place, you'd need to drop lower than 2" to scrape on regular roads.

I have a 3"+ drop and my exhaust does NOT scrape...

Like others mentionned, as long as it's securely installed and not hanging ghetto style...

Most of the time I bottom out is the mud flaps.... BUT, you can do some serious damage if your city is like mine. If it dosnt look like I can make it, I dont go there, or I drive at a HUGE angle rather then taking it str8 on. I have Tokicos and Eibachs. Warpspeed Y-pipe , cattman catback SS.

Just make sure you get the stiffer hangers for the catback. I might trim my mud flaps for the summer. (no such thing as speed bumps in the winter) hehe.

I had to trim my mudflaps due to speed humps in Toronto...

The reason I lowered my car is so it's easier for the middle schoolers to get in the door.

It's definitely slightly more than that, but yes, it's a great deal. That is a great kit.
