bad luck with illuminas :(...need help...thx

hello guys...i have 2000 nissan maxima se
I ordered some Tokico Illuminas along with some Tein s Tech springs at the end of may in 2006. Tonight when i was about to go out, i was pulling out of my driveway backwards, and i had my steering wheel turned to the left all the way, and i have this little curb at the end of my driveway......when my front left wheel came on that curb i heard a "squeez" sound, like my strut made this squeek sound, I thought it didnt have any oil. So i got out of the car, and i pushed on the left front of my car Downwards, and it kept making this weird squeeking sound....But once i put my steering wheel in a straight position it doesnt make this sound (my strut doesnt)
what could it be guys?
is it my strut? did illuminas give up on me after 8months ...? not a good thing

thanks guys

prolly just the strut mount on top where it bolts on. there should be a piece of rubber that keeps it from making metal to metal contact. unbolt it and rub some bearing grease or something on it and it should stop... if its the squeaking noise i'm thinking of
