Question about sunroof roll up with a 529T on an alarm

I just had a Hornet 564T installed, with 2 530T's and 1 529T for the sunroof. Well the guy was telling me that he couldn't get the 529T to work correctly with a swift close motion, he said he hooked it up and had to use relays, and it would only inch closed. He said our sunroof system has an electrical pulse and not a full current. I was wondering if any of you have ever done this and could help me figure out what I need to do. He said he would call Tech support on it, but I figured someone on here has probably tried it, and a few probably have it. Does anyone have any ideas? I just want it to close when I arm the vehicle, just in case I am in some sort of rush and forget to close the sunroof when I get out of the car. Thanks!

I'm sure there's some sort of electronic device out there, where you give it a signal and it'll give you a pulse, ask someone who knows what they're doing.

It is a pretty cool thing. I use my sunroof all the time. And, it is nice to be able to turn the car off and jump out than sit there and roll them up. And when I jump out and arm the car, all of my windows roll up, just not my sunroof yet. It as well adds the one touch feature for every window, to every window. Even in the back seat just press and release and it rolls all the way down for you. It is nice, and I would like that with the sunroof. I know I am not the first person to try to do this. And there has to be a way to do it. If any one knows, please let me know, thanks!

stop reposting the same thing. its lame, if nobody know, then figure it out on your own. a little research will take you a long way.

Thanks buddy for your lack of knowledge/helpfulness. However I asked for help, not for you to come here and tell me I need to do research. If you don't have anything that will help me figure it out, or an answer or solution to the problem, please don't post in my thread. I don't post a thread if I haven't done my research first, and I can't come up with an answer to the problem. This is another way to find out an answer to it, and get help. So if your just going to come ***** my thread and complain, please don't. Go somewhere else. But thanks for your interest, if you know anyone who has anything of worth for me, please let me know, otherwise go away, thanks. Have a good day.

wow thank you for claiming a piece of a public forum as your own. and how much research did you do? because i found the info. and i actualy know a guy that did that here in ct for his maxima. has the windows and sunroof rolling up on the alarm remote. but hey then again if your ganna keep dumping on a thread i dont see any problem with me filling up it with more useless posts. how come you can do it and i cant? besides its makeing it more intresting than just , "dump", atleast then theres some conversation going on... wich isnt that the point of a forum? not useless repeat posts just to get attention?

Well thank you for your helpfulness on the situation. This is MY thread, I started it, and what you start will be yours, as such with everyone else. Even though I don't have to prove myself to you, I will do so, I googled it, asked other Maxima owners, and checked as far back on here as I could, with no luck. As well, as the friend of mine who is installing it, has no idea. He tried multiple relays and still has no luck, he is supposed to be calling DEI Tech line to get the assistance he needs. However, since you know the answer but choose to sit here and hate instead of help, then that is certainly questionable. Had you said "Hey man, I can help" instead of "... if nobody knows, then figure it out on your own..." And besides, I have the right to bump my thread to the top for people to see and in hand help me out with. There is one man who I know would be able to help, and he seems to usually get on at night, which is when I would bump it, and that is Don. Again, I don't have to explain myself to you, but if you know how, then please pass the information along, I know a few other people who are interested in figuring it out as well. But if you are going to come into someones thread and tell them they need to stop bumping and whatever else, don't. I am not flaming you, but since you are a noob, I will the knowledge along, that there are people on this forum who will roast you like there is no tomorrow, for speaking out of line. But again, if you know the solution, please help. Otherwise, thanks for looking and when and if I figure it out, I will post it here for others and yourself to use when and if ya'll choose to. Thank you, have a good night.
