1. Rear dust boots. My current ones have 77k on them, but they are in perfect condition as far as I can see (no cracks at all, firm and sturdy). These are $25 each off of courtesy, so I'm not too excited to buy them if I don't need them. Are they necessary?

2. Front dust boots. These need to be replaced, and courtesy has two types - one for SE, one for GXE/GLE. Is this relevant, seeing as I'm getting an aftermarket suspension (Illuminas)? Which type should I get?

 

1) if the accordian isnt shredded then reuse them.

2) they are exactly the same and seat into the strut mount so strut type plays no role.
