how to break in new clutch/FW?

finally changing my clutch to SPEC Stage II w/ Fidanza FW. Just was wondering what was the proper break in procedure for the new clutch if there is one?

ummm rev and hold at 6500rpm and pop the clutch! lol juss messin...Umm I believe its take it easy on the clutch and no beating on it for about 500 miles

correction for all.

To properly break in the clutch keep rpms under 3k. Follow this pattern for 500 gear changing miles before proceeding to any aggressive type of driving.

With the spec II you can tell when its breaking in more and more (less chatty), I'd say give it about 1000 miles and that should equate to about 500 gear changing miles and your good to go.

Keep the slipping to a minimum and try to keep the load easy for awhile (no WOT).
