Maxima front end conversion

ok ,

I love the 5th Gen Front & and hate the rear
I love the 4th Gen rear & would rather have the 5th Gen front
Love my 4th gen interior and hate the 5th gen interior

Has it been done? is it posible/ that hard to convert?

Think about it, 5th gen front and 4th gen rear, that would be sick....
Seriouly thinking about this

Front looks too big for the car, it's been done. It's not about what we think.

I remember someone on here about 2 months ago posed about a 5th gen nose on a 4th gen. It looked kinda odd cause the 5th gen is wider than the 4th gen but it wasn't a horrible look. Ill try and dig it up.

I too have seen it, and it looked really odd. It was here somewhere...but that was a while back. Take our word for it that it doesn not blend well in the 4th gen body.

there were two guys that i know that have done the full front end conversions on their 4th gens. One of the was not done when i saw the pic and the other one was fully finished. Didn't go very well IMO since the lines and curves of the 5th gen are very different from the 4th gen.

But i like the 5th gen headlights on the 4th gen as in the above pic, but thats not a 4th gen, just the 4th gen front end with the 5th gen headlights.

Consider an i30 front end conversion...most parts from eBay
Fenders ~250
Bumper ~150
Hood ~300
Cefiro headlights w/ H4 HID p&p kit ~350
Foglights ~150
Paint ~700
Grille ~100

I actually prefer the front end of the 4th gen maximas to the i30

The i30 rear looks kind of nice though.

i was curious about this idea, so I did a little photochop. Pretty basic but it looks ok to me.

It looks alittle heavy on the front. Doesn't flow that well to me.

IMO the front of the 4th gen>5th gen.

i think it would be a waste of time and money. i think on the 4th gen (there was a thread earlier) the 97-99 bumper with the modified 95-96 grill looked hot

I think if you had the money... the Ceifro front in like this one would look hella tight with a bigg intercooler going thru it

Looks decent but I think the scale is off a hair. The rear fenders would have to be flaired for it to flow IMO. I would do some sort of Cefiro front-end before the 5th-5.5. Cool photoshop though.
