my sunroof shade seems like it sits above the tracks. If you slide it with the sunroof while opening or closing it, it is fine otherwise u have to fight it. Any tips or ideas. I dont really wanna drop the headliner down.

 

just use a tiny thin flat screwdiver and pry them down into the right track
they are springy like windshield wipers (not the rubber part)
use a good light and youll probaly see what i mean
and you might need to pull back the sunroof trim ring(it wedges on and off)to get more room

 

I hope they are not destroyed from fighting it back and forth
