batery light blinks at WOT......battery, alternator or what?

like my heading says... yesterday i was pulling out of a fastfood place and i had to floor the car to merge into traffic and i saw a light blink but i didnt really see which one it was... so i went WOT again and saw my battery light blinking.
i just put in a new alternator a few weeks ago and i tested my battery with a volt meter and it holds its charge.

can anyone of you all help me out on this one?

Make sure that your Alternator belt is tight, it could be slipping at WOT causing that light to flash.

did you just take the leads to battery + and neg? how did you test the battery? like he said check belt, and that the alternator bearing spins freely.

Go to autozone and get a load test done on the charging system.
