Wiring And Aftermarket Steering Wheel

I'm looking for the wiring diagram for the Main Dash wiring harness if anyone could help me out. Also, for those who have an aftermarket steering wheel, how, where and did you connect the horn and cruise control? Right now I just have the cruise control buttons hanging down and the horn has a switch inbetween a ground to make it work.

Bump. Not really sure if it could be remounted on the new steering wheel unless it's a 97-99 wheel. Reason being, the harness/plastic thing (Don't really know what to call it) that connects to the cruise control would be too big for aftermarket wheel. And without it the wires would wrap around the steering wheel when turning.
