Stock Maxima bulbs are 9004.

The beam pattern is not going to be great.

They come with bulbs, but you may want to throw some Nighthawks or Silverstars in them since I'm sure the ones that came with them aren't that great.

As fr33way mentioned also the beam pattern isn't that great, but play with the adjustment a bit after you install them - I was able to improve mine a bit as they were aimed pretty low out of the box.

Get the nighthawks over silverstars.

but the 9004 bulbs can be used? sorry for being stupid, i'm just confused...

i'm pretty sure i read somewhere in searching through threads that these headlights need 9005 and 9006 bulbs. i already have good 9004 bulbs in my stock headlights. can i just pull these out and use em? isn't the low and high beam seperated on the R34 headlights?

What is the problem? If they use 9005-9006 they do NOT use 9004.
