An intake increases the amount of air flow to the engine, just as a supercharger or turbo would, but with much less power. A good cold air intake (CAI) should add up to 20 horsepower. How will performance increase? You cannot put a 0-60 improvment on the tag, but it will increase your power towards the higher RPM range. There are other types of intakes, but the CAI is the most common and popular (best value for money).
The GTR and Nismo badges are self-adhesive - you can stick them on any flat surface of your car. You can remove the Nissan emblem and stick in there (it will cover up the goo left ftom the Nissan emblem), but another common place to put it is on the upper right corner on the trunk. I personally put mine on the very bottom, center of the trunk, leaving all of the other Nissan and Maxima emblems intact. You can buy them from ANYWHERE - local performance shops, online performance shops ( www.nopi.com , www.speedandstyle.com , www.jcwhitney.com ), or even on eBay. They run $10-$20, but you can also get indiglo ones that go for $25-$40. Hope I answered all of your questions, just trying to help.

 

intake is the engine "intaking" air..like when you breath in and out..intake inhale...exhaust exhale...it will not make your car "faster" but it will get more air (breath easier)into the engine.....HP regular intake 5-8? C(cold)A(Air)I(Intake)..colder condensed air HP=10-15? better...but more $

and it will give the car a growl......

i have my gtr emblem in place of the nissan one in the front grille, had to chrome out the area not covered to make it match, nismo emblem is on ebay

 

hey Dahnryman that wing looks REALLY nice. Is that just the Wings West touring? Can you send me some other pics of that if you have a very second? I keep toying with the idea of a new spoiler...
