Hey guys,

i have a carbon fiber overlayed on the OEM trunk. I want to get rid of it.. but i need your stock trunk...starting to put the car back to stock. I'm thinking 150 + your trunk. SF Bay area or norcal only please thanks!

how well of a condition must the trunk be? I figure you have to get it repainted to match your custom color though.

doesn't need to be great. I have to repaint it... but i'm not paying for it(long story). I gotta get the trunk by this weekend just to let you know if you're planning to buy it.

overlayed? means it's got carbon fiber plastic with tape on the inside to stick to your truck?
or does it look like absoundlab's sig

Basically you have to sand down the trunk, place the carbon fiber sheet on top of the trunk, place resin on it, then clear coat. And yes it looks like absoundlabs trunk.

I went with this route because, with the Ionic Dynamic trunk, it won't close unless you mess with the latch and it doesn't sit perfectly either.

Doesn't this go against the real purpose of carbon fiber.... lightweight.

I think pics will help your sale in general, whether people are in or out of town.
